The manufacturing process of seamless pipes is very complex and requires multiple process steps. First, high-quality blanks are selected and processed into tube blanks through hot rolling or cold drawing. Then, the tube blank is surface treated and quenched and tempered through processes such as pickling, grinding and annealing. Finally, the tube blank is processed into a seamless tube using a punch or extruder.
